Job Title: Procurement Analyst Duration : 16 Months Work Location: Work location: Hybrid | 3 days week in person (80 Park Plaza, South Plainfield – 4000 Hadley Rd --- 07080 , and/or Plainfield Gas – 40 Rock Ave --07063)
Introduction
Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Analyst. You will play a crucial role in managing procurement and logistical transactions, ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods, materials, and services required by our organization.
Required Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Procurement experience valuable
Supply chain experience
Client proficiency required
High level written and verbal skills required
Excel spreadsheets
Interpersonal skills and organizational skills
Verbal and Written Communication Skills and reading for comprehension
Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
Intermediate level: Up to 4 years of experience
Advanced level: At least 4 years of experience
Expert level: Approximately 7 years of experience
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Independently complete administrative tasks and projects in support of procurement and logistical transactions
Manage day-to-day administration of contracts, purchase orders, and associated invoices
Interact daily with team Developers, Engineers, Regulatory, and Management members
Create Purchase Requisitions and contracts
Support Procurement efforts in all administrative requirements
Prepare quotation analysis and receive/distribute proposals and bids
Maintain sourcing files and data regarding material and service suppliers
Update computer databases/system with contract documents
Monitor PO Acknowledgements and promote cost savings with customers
Assist in relationship management and understand/prepare budgets
Conduct market research and analysis
Maintain a supplier performance evaluation system
Monitor and expedite PO/Contract deliverables
Ensure audit compliance of purchasing process
Assist and facilitate internal and external audit requests
