Job Title: Procurement Manager
Reports To: The Procurement Manager will report to the Director of Procurement, Head of Procurement, Vice President, or equivalent leadership.
Position Overview
SPS is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing, supplier management, contract negotiations, and procurement activities across assigned indirect categories. This position will partner closely with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, and other stakeholders to deliver cost savings, operational efficiency, supplier performance, and compliance.
This is a high-level individual contributor role requiring a hands-on professional who is comfortable managing the full procurement lifecycle—from sourcing and negotiations through contract execution, supplier performance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has experience working in a corporate, B2B professional services, outsourcing, or enterprise environment, preferably within an evolving or growing organization where they have helped build, expand, or improve procurement capabilities.

Travel is expected to be minimal, with periodic travel as business needs require.
