A rare opportunity to team up with two of the automotive industries leading brands: Bobby Rahal and Mercedes-Benz.  Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is passionately committed to excellence and winning in everything we do.  Our culture of caring redefines the automotive experience.We offer career advancement opportunities, along with excellent pay programs, benefits, vacation, 401K, team member discounts, and unlimited superior training.High performance dealerships for high performance individuals!Position OverviewThe ideal candidate for Product Concierge performs outstanding interactive vehicle demonstration deliveries, ensuring the customer has full knowledge of their vehicle's operation.Who would I interact with?The Product Concierge interacts daily with Clients, Sales Consultants, and Sales Managers, just to name a few.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?Ensures that the vehicle has met all pre-delivery checklist requirements.Assesses customer knowledge and priorities to personalize delivery.Explains and demonstrates vehicle features and technologies, and focuses on customer comfort level and retention.Follow up with customers within one to two weeks after delivery to answer questions or conduct a second delivery to teach additional features and options.Resolves customer inquiries for vehicle technology issues.Directs customers to additional information resources.Assists customers at the service drive.Trains the sales/service staff on key technologies and how to best explain and demonstrate them to a customer.Answers product questions on the telephone and during walk-ins.Trouble shoots vehicle technology features.Give other team members a helping hand with their duties, as needed  What are the requirements for this job?Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environmentAbility to speak effectively before groups of clients or employees or organizationProfessional and friendly skills with a passion for customer serviceStrong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to multi-taskAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formHigh School Diploma or equivalent required, secondary schooling preferredSuccessfully pass a pre-employment background and driving record check Apply Today!  Qualified Product Concierge candidates will be contacted by our HR Team right away!Bobby Rahal Automotive Group is an EEO employer as defined by the EEOC and a drug-free workplace.
