We are often referred to as "Team Rahal" and for a good reason; our number one focus is to work together exceeding client's expectations each and every time they do business with us.Bobby Rahal BMW of South Hills is looking for a Greeter to work Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 4:00pm-8:00pm; and Saturdays 9:00am-5:00pm.Position OverviewThe Greeter is responsible for performing a variety of duties as it relates to making our clients feel welcome at the dealership.Who would I interact with?This position interacts daily via inbound/outbound calls with clients, as well as direct interaction with the sales and service teams just to name a few.What are the day-to-day responsibilities?<ul><li>Warmly greet all clients, vendors, and other visitors that come into the showroom.</li><li>Use a multi-line phone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate party.</li><li>Process receipts for transactions in the sales department.</li><li>Handle paperwork for accounting functions for dealer trades performed by the sales department.</li><li>General office duties such as emailing, copying, filing and faxing.</li></ul>What are the requirements for this job?<ul><li>Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment</li><li>Professional and friendly phone skills with a passion for customer service</li><li>Strong computer skills</li><li>Ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Successfully pass a pre-employment background check and driving record check</li></ul>Apply Today!
