Who We Are Looking For:

You'll report to the Assistant Director of Data & Analytics Products and work alongside other product managers, developers, analysts, and engineering squads. This is a role for a passionate and expert data practitioner who wants to lead and own building a real data, semantics, and agentic stack - deep in the technology as a practitioner, and senior enough to understand and move the business.
Cambia seeks a data leader passionate about turning health data into HEDIS insights that improve member and provider outcomes. You will own the strategy, operation, and evolution of our Snowflake-native HEDIS platform, balancing the demands of a mission-critical business capability with a vision for the next generation of agentic analytics.
