Position Overview

We are seeking a Product Owner to support the continued growth and scaling of an enterprise AI chatbot. This role will work closely with data, tagging, analytics, product, and digital retail teams to translate business tagging needs into clear technical requirements and ensure implemented solutions function as expected.

The ideal candidate combines strong Product Owner skills with hands-on knowledge of data, tagging, analytics, and SQL.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize data tagging requirements supporting an enterprise AI chatbot and digital retail initiatives.
• Partner with business, product, data, and technical teams to translate tagging needs into actionable requirements.
• Support the continued scaling and enhancement of the AI chatbot.
• Stay closely involved with data analysis and tagging activities across digital retail.
• Define requirements and acceptance criteria for tagging-related functionality.
• Use SQL queries to validate data and test implemented functionality.
• Partner with technical teams to identify tagging issues and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Support TLM Tag Management activities and processes.

Required Qualifications

• Product Owner experience working with technical, data, or digital teams.
• Strong understanding of data tagging and analytics.
• Ability to translate business tagging needs into technical requirements.
• Hands-on SQL experience, including the ability to independently write queries against databases.
• Experience validating and testing implemented functionality using SQL.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
