Job Title: Product Owner
Location: Charlotte, NC (Local Candidates Only)
Work Model: Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) – Day One Onsite
Employment Type: Contract
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Agile Product Owner Certification (Required).
- 8+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
- Strong experience working in Agile software development environments.
- Hands-on experience with Scrum and SAFe Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing product roadmaps, backlogs, user stories, and sprint planning activities.
- Strong knowledge of Agile ceremonies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience mentoring Agile teams and promoting Agile best practices.
