We''re looking for a Product Owner to join our Team Member Experience (TMX) team and help shape the digital products, tools, and solutions that support thousands of Casey''s team members across our organization. In this role, you''ll have the opportunity to partner with business leaders, technology teams, and end users to turn ideas into meaningful experiences that make work simpler, more efficient, and more engaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the product manager and business stakeholders to understand business goals. Work closely with the product manager and business stakeholders to manage intake of requests, research and clarify expected outcomes, and prioritize components of work.
  • Enable digital capabilities to drive engaging experiences across Web, App, and Marketing channels including our Casey's Access Media Network. Focusing on: Loyalty, Personalization, and Omnichannel Marketing
  • Work closely with the product manager to understand and contribute to product vision.
  • Collaborate with engineering to assist with decision making and prioritization of technical infrastructure work.
  • Utilize data to understand guest needs and behaviors and transform that knowledge into platform enhancements and new features.
  • Drive day-to-day relationships with vendors holding their roadmaps, contracts, and bug queues accountable to ours.
  • Responsible for backlog & sprint health. Story decomposition, acceptance criteria, definition of done, and sprint hygiene - the discipline that lets a scrum team ship clean work every two weeks instead of fighting fires.
  • Build stakeholder partnerships. Intake, alignment, and clear status comms with business owners across the enterprise. Run the readiness conversations that get a release across the line.
  • Ensure successful launch readiness for initiatives through pre-release reviews, user acceptance signoffs, and defect triage that minimizes disruption and delivers a seamless experience for team members from day one.
  • Process consistency. Work closely with other product owners to ensure consistency in execution and responsibilities within the agile delivery teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation:

Starting pay range: $91,600-120,200. Actual pay may vary based on Casey's assessment of the candidate''s knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the typical hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
