Production Associate

Production Associate needs 1+ years experience

Production Associate requires:

* 2 shifts: 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm.

* Prior proven production experience are a plus

* Trade school or experience in working with electronics or assembling mechanical devices are highly advantageous.

* Previous experience in manufacturing or production preferred.

* Ability to read and interpret work instructions and schematics.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.

* Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.

Production Associate duties:

* Uphold a clean and well-maintained work environment, adhering to established maintenance and cleaning schedules.

* Evaluate raw materials and inventory levels, promptly notifying supervisors when inventory is running low.

* Follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures.

* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
