About the Role

We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to support our warehouse operations in Gardena, CA. This position involves loading trucks, preparing products for shipment, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. The role requires physical effort and adherence to safety protocols to ensure smooth and safe production processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Load trucks and prepare products for shipment
• Lift and move loads weighing up to 50 pounds or more as required
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized production area
• Operate equipment necessary for packaging and loading activities
• Follow safety protocols and handling procedures during loading and unloading tasks
• Support team members to meet daily production goals
• Perform quality checks on products as directed
• Utilize tools and equipment related to production and loading tasks
• Adhere to shift schedules and departmental policies

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds or more
• Availability to work during Shift B
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
• Physical strength and stamina for loading and unloading tasks
