About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate to support manufacturing and assembly operations within a warehouse or production environment. This role involves performing physically demanding tasks such as lifting, loading trucks, and supporting production line activities to ensure smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will prioritize safety and adhere to company standards while working efficiently in a team setting during Shift A.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading trucks and moving materials within the production area
• Support production line activities to maintain flow and meet operational targets
• Follow safety protocols and keep work environment clean and organized
• Perform manual handling tasks, including lifting and transporting items up to 50 lbs+
• Operate basic tools and equipment used in manufacturing processes (if explicitly referenced)
• Support team members in achieving daily production goals
• Maintain awareness of safety standards and report hazards or issues promptly
• Participate in training sessions or safety meetings as required

Required Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
• Capable of working during Shift A
• Physical strength and stamina to support manual load handling and material movement
• Ability to stand, bend, and perform manual labor throughout the shift
