    Production Cook – USDA Food Manufacturing Facility
    We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Production Cook to join our USDA-regulated manufacturing kitchen. This role focuses on large-scale food production, strict food safety compliance, and consistent execution of standardized recipes. If you’re experienced in production cooking and take pride in cleanliness, accuracy, and teamwork, we want to hear from you.
    What You’ll Do
    • Prepare and cook large-batch recipes according to approved production formulas
    • Follow all USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures
    • Accurately complete production and temperature logs
    • Assist with batching, cooling, packaging prep, and proper product storage
    • Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready work environment
    • Follow allergen controls, labeling, and FIFO procedures
    • Work as part of a production team to meet daily volume goals
    What We’re Looking For
    • Experience in a production kitchen, food manufacturing, or USDA/FDA facility preferred
    • Ability to follow written procedures, recipes, and safety protocols
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured production environment
    • Strong attention to detail and consistency
    • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
    • Spanish-speaking or bilingual applicants strongly encouraged
    Work Environment
    • Manufacturing/production setting
    • May include early shifts, cold or hot prep areas, and standing for extended periods
    • Emphasis on safety, documentation, and process control
