Production Manager

The Production Manager has direct responsibility for all unit personnel and is accountable to drive unit performance to all operational entitlement with respect to safety, yields usage, reliability, and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing unit operations in support of production plans
• Production at or above the annual operating plan
• Driving a proactive, learning, productive, and performance-driven work culture that is aligned to meet key business objectives
• On-Site HSE & compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, including process engineering and safety both locally and globally
• Demonstrates initiative and flexibility to find creative methods to solve problems.
• Drive improvements using problem-solving methodologies and facilitate continuous improvement events

Requirement

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, chemical or mechanical is required
• Youll need a minimum of 8 years of professional experience preferably in the Chemicals or heavy manufacturing industry
• 3+ years of People / Team Management skills
• Knowledge and experience with Solids Handling processes and equipment
• Demonstrated experience in Root Cause Failure Analysis
• Strong analytical and execution skills are a must.
