Job Description

Job Title: Production Operator

Client: Food Manufacturing Company

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Weatherford, TX 76086

Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Thursday (5:00 AM–3:30 PM | 10-Hour Shifts)

Preferred US Citizen and Green card holders

Description:

Job Summary

Monitor and control production processes and equipment to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Perform product sampling, analysis, and process equipment troubleshooting.
Maintain product quality, follow safety procedures, and coordinate with maintenance teams.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor production equipment and control processes, including possible Control Room Operator duties.
  • Perform product sampling and analysis to maintain quality standards.
  • Troubleshoot process equipment and instrumentation and coordinate with maintenance when issues arise.
  • Follow established operating procedures, complete required permits, and support efficient equipment operation.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment while following company safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 months of forklift experience; forklift certification is not required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical production tasks.
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and communicate effectively with maintenance and team members.
  • Reliable transportation and availability to work Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug test.


Desired Skills

  • Experience in food manufacturing, production operations, process monitoring, equipment troubleshooting, or control room operations.
