Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
Lead 2nd shift operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Drive safety, production, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Description
- Promote and maintain a strong safety-first culture throughout the operation.
- Lead continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve performance.
- Review production schedules and adjust staffing and resources to meet operational objectives.
- Develop and track productivity, efficiency, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Manage employee development, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
- Build team capability and develop manufacturing bench strength.
- Communicate and implement company policies and operational initiatives.
- Partner with Quality teams to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality.
- Develop and monitor manufacturing performance metrics and trend analyses.
- Facilitate team meetings focused on safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift should have:
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.
- Experience leading teams in a manufacturing environment.
- Proven background implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
- Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate teams and drive operational results.
- Hands-on leadership style with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience managing employee performance, training, and development.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and manufacturing reporting tools.
- Positive, team-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
