Production Supervisor Nutraceuticals

• Lead day-to-day production operations within a fast-paced dietary supplement manufacturing facility.
• Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining compliance with FDA regulations and cGMP requirements.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees to enhance performance, engagement, and accountability.
• Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Partner closely with Quality, Maintenance, and Operations teams to achieve production and quality objectives.
• Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements.
• Maintain a safe working environment while ensuring adherence to company procedures and regulatory standards.
• Support scheduling, staffing, and production planning activities to meet customer demand.
• Ideal candidates will have leadership experience within dietary supplement, nutraceutical, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of FDA-regulated manufacturing environments and cGMP compliance is highly preferred.

A successful Production Supervisor should have:

• Experience within dietary supplements preferred
• Experience developing and implementing SOPs
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, including:
  • Blending
  • Tablet pressing
  • Liquid production
  • Related production equipment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a MUST
• Proven coaching and leadership capabilities
• Continuous Improvement mindset (Lean/Six Sigma experience is a plus) must be hands on
• Approximately 10+ years of manufacturing experience - could consider someone who has come from food, and then gone intro nutra/dietary for the last 2/3 plus years.
• Approximately 5+ years of supervisory experience
• Demonstrated progression through manufacturing leadership roles
• Ability to help scale and develop a growing operation
