Production Technician

• Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:45 AM-7:00 PM and 6:45 PM-7:00 AM)

What Were Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be drug and alcohol free
• Three or more years of manufacturing or related experience preferred
• Statistical process control experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read, understand, and follow verbal and written instructions
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Willingness to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts, overtime, and maintain schedule flexibility
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repetitively and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, and repetitive movements

What Youll Do as a Production Technician:

• Operate machinery and perform production tasks throughout the manufacturing process
• Monitor production equipment and processes to ensure quality, efficiency, and productivity goals are met
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to maximize equipment performance
• Monitor key production metrics and respond to process issues as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area by following 5S standards
• Follow all plant safety, environmental, quality, and housekeeping procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance
• Assist with onboarding and training new team members
• Collaborate with production teams to meet manufacturing goals
• Perform cleanup duties and provide support in other production areas as assigned
