The PEAK (Professional Engineering Accelerated Knowledge) Program provides early career engineers with the opportunity to develop their engineering skills in a challenging, fast-paced, and impactful manufacturing engineering role onsite at Tesla's Fremont, California facility. Throughout the program, you will develop either process, equipment, or controls engineering skills to optimize & sustain our highly advanced manufacturing production lines for producing our vehicle and robotics products. You will embark on a transformative journey to make a real difference and elevate your engineering abilities.
Structure of the PEAK Program: The 6-month program will consist of the following components: Instructor-Led Training (ILT), Online Training (OLT), On-the-Job Training (OJT), and engineering projects. The training curriculum is based upon being a Process Engineer, Equipment Engineer, or Controls Engineer on our Model 3 Manufacturing team.
The PEAK program does not align you with a specialized occupation since you will be in a training program. Due to this, you will not be eligible for the H1B lottery, while you are in the program.
