Title: HR Consultant
Location: Plant 2- Fairfield, OH onsite
Schedule: M-F 8-430 PM EST, however in some situations will need to be flexible
Job Description:
The HR Consultant position works in partnership with the local management team in
leading HR processes including total rewards, talent management, performance
management, employee engagement, wellness, learning, organizational efficiency, and
employee relations. The HR Consultant will support the manufacturing operations in West
Chester and Fairfield, OH
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
• Drives implementation of multiple initiatives to achieve strategic business goals and
operational objectives.
• Works closely with cross-functional teams and resources to achieve program and
project milestones within established timeframes.
• Drives adoption and challenges standards. Leads other project participants.
TALENT BUILDER
• Champion SE’s talent management philosophy and strategy
• Build an agile and diverse team able to lead and support business growth while
being future-focused and developing their own succession pipeline.
BUSINESS ADVISOR
• Coach the leadership team, provide advice and support on all related HR matters
• Adapt and anticipate Client planning upon business needs
• Support organizational design to respond to changing business needs
• Contribute to design and organization development initiatives (skills, resources,
processes) aligned with business and company strategies
CULTURE AND CHANGE ENABLER
• Ensure deployment of SE People Strategy transformations; Leadership, Talent,
Wellbeing, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and High Performance.
• Support People engagement and entity transformation
