Seeking a full-time Shelter Monitor at $23.33/hour to support a recovery-focused shelter for adults facing homelessness and addiction.
Responsibilities include ensuring safety and security, observing all entrants, documenting incidents, enforcing house rules, supporting searches, administering testing, assisting with client admissions, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; experience with substance abuse and mental health issues is preferred. Bilingual Spanish skills and a driver’s license are also preferred. Certifications in First Aid and CPR are provided upon hire.
Requires strong organizational, communication, and cultural competence skills, with physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
