Program Coordinator – Early Childhood Education

$28.60–$33.50/hr · $1,000 Sign-on bonus · Up to $10K/yr ELFA stipend

San Francisco · Full-time · Monday to Friday

Help keep a thriving early learning center organized, consistent, and connected at Meaningful Beginnings, a Reggio Emilia–inspired early childhood community. You’ll support daily operations, coordinate classrooms, coach teachers, and work closely with leadership to maintain strong program quality.

You’ll:

• Support daily program operations, staffing, and classroom schedules
• Coordinate classroom coverage and help maintain Title 22 ratios
• Support consistent curriculum implementation across classrooms
• Conduct classroom walkthroughs and support teaching quality
• Coach and mentor teachers and assistants
• Assist with onboarding, training, and staff development
• Support documentation, classroom audits, and licensing compliance
• Provide classroom coverage and support as needed

You have:

• 24 ECE units, including Infant/Toddler coursework
• At least 12 months of experience working as a Teacher or Lead Teacher
• 2–3+ years of early childhood education experience preferred
• Leadership, administrative, or program coordination experience preferred
• Knowledge of child development, classroom management, and Title 22
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
• Teacher Permit preferred
