Responsibilities:
• Manage and control complex project data for internal and external project reporting. • Prepare and analyze budgets, schedules, and cost proposals for contract work. • Conduct detailed "what-if" cost analysis, program cost forecasts, and cost variance analysis. • Monitor and report on outstanding work against each contract to maintain accurate cost and schedule baselines. • Develop and maintain advanced financial models and reports. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity. • Prepare and deliver financial presentations for management and stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications You Must Have:
• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, project control, or a related field. • Relevant experience can be considered as a substitute for the required educational qualifications. In the absence of a degree, a minimum of 6 years of related experience is required. • Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience. • Ability to effectively and clearly communicate program and financial related information. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, especially Excel. • The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required.
Qualifications We Prefer:
• Experience in the Aerospace and Defense industry. • Advanced proficiency with financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP or Oracle. • Knowledge of government contracting and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) regulations. • Experience with Earned Value Management.
Essential Functions:
• Ability to work in an office or hybrid environment. • Ability to work on a computer for extended periods. • Strong hand/finger dexterity for computer tasks. • Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 20 pounds. • May require occasional travel for training or meetings.
