    - Location: Portland/Hillsboro, OR, Raleigh, NC; Redmond, WA; Silicon Valley, CA (Candidate should be based in one of these locations)
    - Workplace: Hybrid (2-3 days onsite)

    - How do you ensure timely and successful delivery of IP blocks in silicon engineering projects?
    - How do you track and manage projects, negotiate dependencies, gaps, and risks?
    - How do you coordinate tracking sessions between engineering and program management teams?
    - How do you contribute to tracking projects that tie into new upcoming initiatives?
    - How do you manage analog/mixed-signal IP in silicon design projects? Do such questions intrigue you?

    - Client Overview: Our client is a technology company specializing in silicon engineering and cloud products.
    - Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Silicon Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering IP blocks in silicon engineering projects. You will work with a transparent and diverse team, contributing to the development of leading technology in the industry.

    4. What are the key responsibilities?
    - Coordinate and manage the delivery of IP blocks in silicon engineering projects.
    - Create and maintain program/project schedules and status reports.
    - Collaborate with Product Managers to provide technical and analytical information.
    - Organize and lead cross-functional activities to ensure on-time and within-budget completion of projects.
    - Interface with clients on technical matters and project updates.

    5. What experience are we looking for to drive success?
    - MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications:
      - 4 years of experience in silicon design projects.
      - BA in engineering or related field.
      - Strong knowledge of program management techniques, such as Gantt charts and waterfalling.
      - Proficiency in Microsoft tools, including Excel, Project, OneNote, and Power BI.
      - Experience in silicon engineering projects.

    - Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
      - Experience in managing analog/mixed-signal IP.
      - Understanding of silicon language and design.
