Job Title: Sr. Program Manager
Location: West Des Moines, IA (Hybrid)
Duration: 06+ Months Contract
We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Program / Project Manager to support AI initiatives within a leading financial services organization.
Role Overview:
The role involves driving business-side execution of multiple AI and automation initiatives within Unsecured Lending Operations. The individual will be responsible for translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, managing multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, tracking risks and dependencies, and providing executive-level project updates.
Job Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end execution of multiple business initiatives.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Coordinate with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Finance teams.
Support AI/automation pilots, UAT, implementation readiness, and business transition.
Prepare leadership presentations, status reports, and governance updates.

Qualifications
Required Experience:
10–15+ years of experience in Program/Project Management or Business Transformation.
Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Lending, or Insurance.
Strong experience in operational transformation, automation, or process improvement.
Excellent stakeholder management, governance, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Preferred: Exposure to AI initiatives, RPA, GenAI, digital transformation, and certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
