This role involves maintaining compliance with grant requirements, preparing detailed progress reports, and supporting the overall administration of projects from initiation to completion.
The Project and Administrative Coordinator performs administrative duties to support the Assistant Commissioner for the Office of Behavioral Health Promotion and Prevention, coordinating schedules, preparing meeting materials, and communicating with stakeholders. The Project and Administrative Coordinator manages data collection and analysis, prepares reports on program outcomes, and develops data-driven improvement recommendations.
