This role is vital for driving strategic enhancements within the People Team, focusing on modernizing operations through AI, automation, and digital experiences. The Project Coordinator will be instrumental in bridging technical and business teams to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion. Success in this position requires meticulous organization and the ability to manage complex initiatives with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple transformation projects concurrently.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and tracking.
- Facilitate project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely task completion.
- Communicate project risks and issues to leadership.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in documenting business needs and processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Domain / Industry Experience: Experience supporting technology, HR, digital transformation, or process improvement initiatives is preferred.
