Location: Minneapolis, MN (preferred) or San Francisco, CA
Duration: Contract - 12 months (possibility for extension or conversion)
Pay Range: $40/hr $43/hr (W2)

Work Arrangement: Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. First 3 weeks onsite for training.
Interview Process: Two rounds. Round 1 panel with two team members. Round 2 final interview. In-person preferred, Teams may be accommodated.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and tracking of email marketing campaigns and operational initiatives. This role partners with the project manager, business analyst, campaign managers, and business line stakeholders to manage project intake, maintain schedules and documentation, support governance and review activities, and ensure campaigns move efficiently through established processes. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to develop project management and marketing operations expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize incoming marketing campaign requests through Workfront.
• Review intake submissions for completeness and coordinate follow-up details with stakeholders.
• Support project management activities for marketing technology initiatives and special projects.
• Partner with business line stakeholders to gather technical requirements for simple projects and coordinate campaign execution.
• Conduct reviews of marketing campaigns to ensure required controls, approvals, and supporting documentation are completed.
• Manage Digital Property Inventory tracking.
• Serve as a subject matter resource for Workfront processes and evidence procedures.
• Monitor team capacity and workload distribution to optimize operational efficiency.
• Execute campaign modifications, cancellations, deployment changes, and documentation updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, advanced formulas and functions, and complex spreadsheet creation and management.
• Two or more years of project coordination or similar experience.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and building effective partnerships.
• Proactive problem-solver able to identify issues, recommend solutions, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with workflow management platforms such as Workfront, Asana, Jira, or similar tools for planning, tracking, reporting, and operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Banking or financial services experience.
• Experience using Adobe Workfront.
• Exposure to email marketing platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar technologies.
