This role supports Demand Side Management (DSM) under the Energy Efficiency and Demand Response umbrella. The Project Coordinator works across both teams, with responsibilities shifting based on seasonality and program volume.
Primary focus areas include:
Residential Saver Switch
AC Rewards (smart thermostat program)
Support for limited commercial Saver Switch work
Additional exposure to EV rebates, energy efficiency rebates, pilot programs, and Windsource enrollments during lower-volume periods
The work is highvolume, operational rebate processing and program administration. Accuracy is critical because rebates and incentives are regulated by the PUC.
2. What does a typical day look like?
Processing highvolume rebate and work orders (tens of thousands annually)
Working from shared Salesforce queues, oldest to newest
Validating customer eligibility, equipment qualification, and incentive amounts
Coordinating indirectly with Hunt Electric (thirdparty vendor) via Salesforce, email, or chat
Reviewing applications submitted digitally, via PDF, and by physical mail
Using Salesforce dashboards to monitor progress and quotas
Collaborating daily with team members via chat
Supporting both residential and (as needed) commercial rebate workflows

Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling, documentation, communication and cost management. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Provides input to project research information. Facilitates collaborative documents and data stores. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. May coordinate the activities of a project sub team and/or project activities to the extent those efforts might affect completion of assigned tasks. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Office.
