Business coordinates project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure efficient progress in the MIT IDEFutureTech Labs goals. Ensures financial, technical, and personnel are deployed according to project plans and goals. Assists in developing strategic plans for the MIT IDEFutureTech Lab.
