Project Coordinator

Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Raritan, NJ
Type: Contract
Compensation: $80,000
Work Model: Hybrid - 3 days onsite

Responsibilities

• Provide project support to the Global Head, Strategy and Execution team and other executives on the team.
• Provide support with calendar management, internal and external meeting support, expense reports, org. charts, distribution lists.
• Work on complex meeting set-ups
• Partner with other admins on team and assist the Executive Admin Asst.
• Provide ad hoc support across the team as needed

Requirements

• BS/BA preferred, will accept candidates with relevant experience in lieu of education
• 1-2 years Pharma industry experience is required
• 2+ years of project coordination experience
• Experience with calendar management, Concur, eMarketplace and other systems is required.
• Must be detailed-oriented and highly organized.
• Must be able to support high volume of tasks for large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, pro-active can work on own, as well as within a team environment is required.
