This role involves planning, design, permitting, and construction-phase services for municipal water and wastewater systems.Responsibilities* Prepare engineering designs, calculations, and cost estimates* Develop project documents while maintaining scope, schedule, and budget requirements* Support the design and execution of water and wastewater infrastructure projects* Coordinate with project managers and multidisciplinary teams throughout project delivery* Attend client and project meetings* Review and mentor junior engineering staff* Conduct occasional site visits and field observations during various stages of constructionProject Types* Wastewater collection systems* Wastewater treatment facilities* Pump stations* Water distribution systems* Water treatment facilities* Water storage tanks* Water supply wellsQualifications* Bachelor's degree in Engineering* Professional Engineer (PE) license required* 6+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience* Strong communication and collaboration skills* Experience managing project design and technical deliverablesCompensationSalary: $117,000 – $154,000 (Colorado market)
