Position Overview:
  • Experienced Project Manager, Business Capability to support strategic manufacturing and business transformation initiatives within a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Will lead cross-functional projects focused on manufacturing operations, packaging, labeling, and serialization/track-and-trace programs while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • This individual will collaborate with stakeholders across IT, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Operations to deliver critical business capabilities and process improvements.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end project management activities, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closeout.
  • Manage project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into executable project plans.
  • Drive business capability initiatives supporting manufacturing operations and supply chain processes.
  • Facilitate project meetings, status updates, and executive-level communications.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues while maintaining project timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP standards and industry regulations.
  • Support implementation efforts for serialization and track-and-trace solutions.
  • Collaborate with packaging and labeling teams to support operational and technology-driven initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, resource plans, dashboards, and reporting metrics.
  • Promote continuous improvement and process optimization across project activities.
 
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional business or technology projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experience working within regulated manufacturing environments.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting GMP manufacturing operations.
  • Experience with serialization and track-and-trace programs.
  • Background supporting packaging and labeling operations.
  • Experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing industries.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification.
  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
 
Pay Rate: $92.85-$98.48/Hour
