At least eight years of CPM scheduling experience on public infrastructure capital projects Advanced proficiency with Primavera P6 Experience developing and maintaining schedules for planning, design, and construction projects Experience performing owner-side schedule reviews and construction schedule oversight Working knowledge of cost loading, resource loading, and performance measurement concepts Experience developing schedule baselines and managing baseline change control Ability to prepare monthly updates, critical path narratives, variance analyses, and executive reports Experience evaluating contractor and consultant schedules Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to successfully complete a background check. AACE Planning and Scheduling Professional certification PMI Scheduling Professional certification Experience supporting water, wastewater, conveyance, drainage, or utility facility projects Experience working in Primavera P6 EPPM environments Familiarity with integrated cost and schedule reporting systems Working knowledge of Earned Value Management principles Experience supporting municipal infrastructure and public works capital improvement programs.
