Job TitleProject ManagerJob DescriptionProject Management: Manage commercial construction projects from kickoff through project closeout.Schedule Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasting reports.Team Leadership: Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, owners, architects, and internal project teams.Documentation: Oversee change orders, project documentation, and contract administration.Quality Control: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, safety, and schedule adherence.Safety Compliance: Ensure projects are completed safely, profitably, and in accordance with company standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
