Summary

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support innovation projects and portfolio data management within a fast-paced CPG environment. This role combines project coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and data management to ensure successful execution of product and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track innovation and product development projects
  • Manage timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication
  • Maintain and update portfolio/project data across systems and tools
  • Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and process compliance
  • Support reporting, governance activities, and continuous process improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, portfolio management, or product development within a CPG environment
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • High attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and ambiguous environments
  • Strong problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
