Bring your construction project expertise to a mission-driven manufacturer supplying custom wash-wall systems for high-profile commercial and public projects across the United States. This Project Manager opportunity is based in the Elkridge, MD (DMV area) location, with required site travel and hands-on, end-to-end ownership from contract award through closeout.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Project Manager position include:
- 3+ years of experience in commercial construction or fit-out, ideally in a supply-and-install environment
- Strong commercial acumen, including subcontract review, AIA and ConsensusDocs contracts, change orders, claims, and lien waivers
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, submittals, and inspection reports
- Sound knowledge of OSHA construction safety requirements (29 CFR 1926), including job hazard analyses and quality assurance
- Own each project from award to closeout, protecting margin, schedule, and scope across the full lifecycle
- Coordinate the flow from order to manufacture to dispatch to install, keeping shop and field aligned
- Manage field coordination with general contractors and resolve issues to keep delivery on track
- Maintain accurate project reporting, milestones, and risks so status is always visible to the business
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
