The Project Manager (PM) sits within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and reports to the Sr. Project Manager. The PMO resides in the Strategy Department and serves as the liaison between the business and cross-functional teams. This role is responsible for managing highly cross-functional projects throughout the company's Project Life Cycle (PLC). The PM must have the ability create and manage project plans, resource the team to execute, manage Risks & Issues along the way, and effectively report on project status at all levels of the organization. The PM will provide transparent communication on project status and risks, and report back to the Sr. Project Manager. The PM should have the ability to guide and collaborate with various critical roles in the project including Business Lead, Business Analyst, Product Owner, Workstream Leads, etc.
