Summary:
Seeking Project Manager to lead and oversee complex construction projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and objectives.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors, consultants, and internal staff.
- Have the ability to do cost estimates and bid tabulations.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Implement and enforce safety regulations and quality control standards.
- Resolve project conflicts and propose effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Utilize software tools for project tracking and management
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to anticipate project needs and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to dynamic environments.
- Physical ability to visit and inspect job sites as required.
