Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction, design coordination, and procurement through project closeout. Develop and maintain project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure profitability goals are achieved. Create and manage project schedules, staffing plans, and resource allocation strategies. Lead subcontractor procurement, negotiations, and contract administration activities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders. Collaborate closely with superintendents and field teams to ensure project execution aligns with quality, safety, budget, and schedule requirements. Monitor project performance and proactively address risks, challenges, and opportunities. Oversee both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods. Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of client satisfaction. Support ongoing business growth by contributing to repeat business opportunities and client development efforts.

The successful applicant will have 7-15+ years of progressive construction project management experience. A bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience managing commercial construction projects valued at $5M+. Strong financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and reporting. Experience delivering ground-up commercial construction projects. Working knowledge of structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and general building systems. Experience managing both Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build projects. Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills. Ability to travel throughout Massachusetts and New England as project needs require. Experience with Procore or similar construction management software preferred. Background with academic, higher education, life science, utility, equipment building, or other commercial construction projects strongly preferred.

What's on offer includes a base salary of $140,000 - $160,000, comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental & vision), 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), and life insurance.
