• • • Manage hospitality projects frompreconstruction through closeout
    • Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and change management

    • Lead owner meetings and drive proactive communication
    • Monitor cost controls, buyout, and project financial performance

    • Strong hospitality project experience (hotels, resorts, PIPs, renovations)
    • Experience managing projects $5M+ from start to finish
    • Strong contract, schedule, and cost management skills
    • Confident communicator with owners, designers, and field teams
