Project Manager Hydropower & Dams

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the design and delivery of large-scale projects within the hydropower and dams sector. This role requires a hands-on problem solver with strong leadership and client management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams through project life cyclesfrom planning and feasibility to final design and construction support.

• Manage scope, budget, schedule, and resources across multiple concurrent projects.

• Foster strong working relationships with team members, partners, and stakeholders.

• Ensure quality and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

• Support business growth through mentoring, succession planning, and talent development.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant experience in project management within hydropower or dam-related infrastructure.

• Bachelors degree in civil, structural, geotechnical, mechanical, or electrical engineering.

• PE and/or PMP certification preferred.

• Proven success in leading teams, managing clients, and delivering high-value projects.

• Strong communication, risk management, and financial oversight capabilities.

Note: Travel is required.
