Project Manager IV – Banking

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects and initiatives within a banking environment. This role will manage projects from planning through implementation while coordinating with business teams, technology teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to business requirements.
• Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Banking or financial services experience strongly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, and project lifecycle management skills.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• PMP certification preferred.
