Construction Project Manager

Manage construction projects from planning and preconstruction through project closeout. Oversee project budgets, schedules, procurement, contracts, and client communications. Lead field operations in partnership with on-site superintendents and assistant project staff. Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and ownership teams to ensure successful project delivery. Drive quality control, safety compliance, and project performance across all phases of construction. Manage projects within the life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, manufacturing, education, industrial, and renovation sectors. Ensure a high level of client service while maintaining strong relationships with project stakeholders. Work on-site full-time at project locations primarily throughout the Greater Boston area and within the Route 495 corridor.

The successful applicant will have 3-10 years of construction project management experience. Experience managing commercial construction projects is required. Background in life sciences, laboratory, healthcare, or technical construction projects is preferred. Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, contracts, and construction operations is necessary. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects to successful completion is required. Comfortable working full-time on project sites throughout Greater Boston. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
