Job Details

We are seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of industrial, warehouse, and facility improvement projects from kickoff through completion. This role serves as the primary point of contact between customers, vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to expectations.

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of execution.
Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and milestones.
Coordinate materials, equipment, vendors, subcontractors, and installation teams.
Monitor project budgets, costs, and change orders to ensure profitability.
Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to determine requirements.
Communicate project updates and status reports to customers and stakeholders.
Resolve project issues and implement solutions to maintain timelines.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.

Qualifications
3+ years of Project Management or Project Coordination experience.
Experience supporting industrial, construction, logistics, manufacturing, warehouse, or equipment installation projects.
Strong knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, vendor management, and customer relations.
Ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with contractors, field personnel, and cross-functional teams.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, or technical documents preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
