The Building People, LLC, has a position open for a Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for the COR and project stakeholders.
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and technical teams.
Support strategic planning, execution, and reporting activities.
Develop project documentation and status reports.
Support execution of PMO initiatives and operational transition activities.
Provide technical guidance following industry best practices.
Monitor project progress and support issue resolution.
Participate in stakeholder meetings and briefings.
Operational Requirements:
Available Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET
Respond within 4 hours to technical issues
Required Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience supporting project management environments.
Experience coordinating activities, facilitating communications, and supporting strategic planning.
Experience supporting operations and maintenance functions in a campus environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP certification.
DHS, GSA, or comparable Federal agency experience.
Experience supporting facilities or infrastructure programs.
