Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of event management, educational program coordination, or training program support.
- Medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or other highly regulated industry experience.
- Strong project coordination, organization, expense management, and reporting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Comfortable coordinating with physicians, healthcare professionals (HCPs), faculty, vendors, and field representatives.
- Technical aptitude and willingness to learn medical-device products and systems.
