Roles and Responsibilities: The Project Administrator supports manager and operations teams in execution of field projects and metal fabrication projects for coordinating documentation. Tracking projects progress, managing communications and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently for project kick off through close-out. Job Duties for the Projects Administrator position include, but are not limited to: Assists the bidding process by organizing contracts and bid sheets Assist with Purchase Orders, material tracking and delivery schedules Scheduling and planning of multiple jobs with the Program Manager, Project Manager, and Supervisors
Throughout the job, confirming that project schedules are being maintained by tracking milestones, deliverables, and deadline. Managing the paperwork needed, which includes, but not limited to:
Skilled in Drawing breakdown and organizing cut-sheets for the fabrication shop Ensuring all documentation required for efficient invoicing and closeout as needed Facilitate communication between shop and the Field |
