Salary: $57,000–$65,000

Key Responsibilities for the Property Accountant:

• Support full‑cycle accounting for a real estate property portfolio
• Process cash receipts, vendor payments, bank reconciliations, and journal entries
• Assist with rent collections, real estate tax tracking, and owner reporting
• Support year‑end close, tax schedules, and annual 1099/1096 filings

Qualifications for the Property Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field
• 1+ year of real estate or property management accounting experience (internship acceptable)
• Exposure to public accounting or real estate accounting preferred
• Experience with Yardi software is a plus
