We're seeking a Property Accountant. This role isideal for an accounting professional who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, including property accounting,financial reporting, accounts payable and tenant accounting .As a Property Accountant, you will play an important role in supporting the financialmanagement of a diverse commercial real estate portfolio. What You'll DoGenerate billing invoices from work ordersReconcile monthly credit card accounts and bank statementsPerform full-cycle accounting for assigned entitiesManage accounts payable functions, including invoice processing and paymentsMaintain vendor W-9s and certificates of insurance for 1099 preparationPrepare recurring journal entries, accruals, amortization and prepaid expense entriesAnalyze tenant ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable and general ledger accountsPrepare quarterly financial statements and supporting documentationAssist with lease administration, collections and CAM reconciliationsServe as primary accounting contact for assigned entitiesSupport special projects and additional accounting initiatives as neededWhat We're Looking forExperience: Prior accounting experience required; commercial real estate experience preferred.Education: Bachelor degree in Accounting or related field preferred.Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills; willingness to learn industryspecific accounting software.Attributes: Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently High level of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAt Kinsley Properties, you'll join a company guided by our core values - Integrity, People Development,Commitment to Clients, Shared Success and Responsibility.
