Property Accounting Supervisor

Boston, MA (Hybrid - 2 Days In Office)Salary: $110,000 - $125,000

Established, reputable real estate organization seeking an experienced PropertyAccounting Supervisor to join its growing finance team in Boston.

Responsibilities of the Property Accounting Supervisor

manage and review the work of staff
Review monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reporting packages
Oversee month-end and year-end close processes
Ensure accuracy of tenant billings, CAM reconciliations, and lease-related accounting

Qualifications of the Property Accounting Supervisor

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience within commercial real estate
Retail commercial property accounting experience required
Experience with Yardi or MRI software is required
